We are very satisfied. We had Jesse in mind as the broker who would handle the entire process. Based on that, we selected him from several brokers. Jesse was temporarily replaced by Marc, which we hadn't anticipated. Marc did a perfect job regarding feedback etc. So ultimately there was nothing wrong. Everyone is friendly and easily accessible. An unreachable realtor who, if he is reachable, communicates unpleasantly. I thought it might be because we were the buying party and he therefore represents the interests of the counterparty. When Faber referred us for more information about the property to be purchased directly to the selling party because he actually had no idea himself, it turned out that the selling party was also very dissatisfied with the communication with Faber. So don't do that!
