During a viewing of a property in Leeuwarden, we met Ate Scheenstra as the selling real estate agent. And for arranging matters with Yvonne Scheenstra. Both made a very pleasant impression on us. When we realized that we could use help with our further search, we decided to continue with Scheenstra makelaars as a buying real estate agent. And what a good decision that was! They combine a down-to-earth, decisive and friendly approach with an incredibly good knowledge of the subject matter. Taking action and pushing forward, while we were given plenty of room to express our wishes. The purchase of a house, a new home, went smoothly partly thanks to Scheenstra makelaars!

Let's say I go to buy a car, I have to finalize the paperwork before I can even view the car or take a test drive. Unfortunately, it has to be explained in simple terms (like for children), because there’s absolutely no understanding and they don’t keep appointments. Because this company has nothing to do with brokerage. This company will go bankrupt within 2.5 years.
