In 1 woord geweldig! Een top team wat het hele verkoopproces tot in de puntjes verzorgd en begeleid. De makelaars zijn zeer goed bekend met de markt en geven een realistisch en eerlijk advies. Zeer prettig om mee te werken. En dan het team eromheen wat zich bezig houdt met de verkoop, aankleding en social media. Ook echt geweldig. Duidelijke communicatie, prachtige foto’s gemaakt en altijd bereikbaar. De begeleiding is vanaf het eerste gesprek tot en met het ondertekenen bij de notaris tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Huis was binnen zeer korte tijd verkocht. Ik raad deze makelaars en hun team bij iedereen aan want bij Duinstra & Melis staat de mens centraal.

Ons eerste contact met de makelaar betrof een (gratis) waardebepaling van onze woning. Daarna hebben we een aantal afspraken gemaakt met o.a. de woningstyliste en de fotograaf. Voordat de foto’s op Funda kwamen, kwam de woning eerst op de socials van Duinstra Melis. Het contact verliep steeds heel goed via Whatsapp of telefonisch. Er is veel te veel fout gegaan, verkeerde beschrijvingen, verkeerde maten, verkeerde fotos/film, en te veel zaken moesten we steeds weer zelf achteraan. Er lijkt totaal geen controle op kwaliteit. De prijs/kwaliteit is daarmee niet in orde voor een relatief dure makelaar.

With Duinstra Melis, the most expensive real estate agent in Friesland. We can understand that they need to make money, but on top of their generous commission come all sorts of extra costs. Additionally, hardly any time was taken for us. I advise to ask enough quotes. We sold our house within a week with a colleague and that for half the price that Duinstra Melis wanted to calculate for us.
