Please note that if you are not registered as a buyer, you have a smaller chance of viewing and participating in a bid. Due to very high interest. So the first one ... Sorry ... even in this time of easy sales, we can sell due to limited supply and high demand. Our response to the reaction: in our experience, we did not react really late, but because there was great interest, the viewings were already fully booked. And that is just a pity. Then you can miss a buyer. Thank you kindly for the detailed explanation. It does make it clearer. That's what we missed this afternoon, during the phone contact. Regards.

They also respond via social media and through Funda. Unfortunately, your reaction was too late for this property, namely at a time when viewings could no longer be scheduled. This was done in consultation with our client. We are sorry that we were unable to help you with this property. It was also very extreme here with so many reactions. Hopefully it will work out with the next property. And using a search service (free and non-binding) does indeed help to receive the offer a little earlier. For the purchase of a home I was looking for a real estate agent and that's how I ended up with Astrid. How happy I was with her! So careful and thorough in the viewings we did together. No corner was overlooked, the smallest things were noticed. Mostly just to let me know that it existed so I could take it into account, but sometimes also with the message that she didn't quite trust something. In that case, she would immediately investigate everything thoroughly and inquire with professionals when necessary (regarding possible mold). It was incredibly nice walking through a house with her where I could mainly focus on my feeling about the house and I had her to look critically and thoroughly. Also in all steps from the moment I found a beautiful home until the transfer, she was incredibly pleasant. The negotiation, reviewing all documents, alert and sharp and again thorough in everything around the transfer. And above all, she is a very pleasant and nice person to go through this process with! We wanted to sell our house and wanted some information about how and what. We ourselves also didn't have another house in sight yet, but luckily Astrid had a property that fit perfectly into our street. A cozy little house with views of the farmland. Where during viewings we often received explanations in five minutes and were then allowed to look around for another fifteen minutes, it feels truly personal with this agent.
