Sorry ... even in this time of easy sales, we can sell due to limited supply and high demand. Our response to the reaction: in our experience, we did not react really late, but because there was great interest, the viewings were already fully booked. And that is just a pity. Dear Ger, that is not the correct representation of things. We guided approximately 30 viewers around the property in question. These viewers are not all registered as seekers. They also respond via social media and through Funda. Unfortunately, your reaction was too late for this property, namely at a time when viewings could no longer be scheduled. This was done in consultation with our client. We are sorry that we were unable to help you with this property. It was also very extreme here with so many reactions. Hopefully it will work out with the next property. And using a search service (free and non-binding) does indeed help to receive the offer a little earlier. Of course, we are also willing to explain the above personally.

07 Aug 2024Both during the purchase and sale, we were very well guided by Hielke and his team. The contact was clear and smooth, and when necessary, quick decisions were made, allowing us to make the right choices. During the purchase, we had Hielke as our purchasing agent. After having done an initial viewing ourselves, we engaged Hielke. He thoroughly inspected the intended property, giving us a good picture of its condition. With this knowledge, we were able to place a bid with which we felt comfortable. After the successful purchase of the house, we would like Hielke to sell our own home. In preparation for placement on Funda, we were kept well informed about developments, and this was no different during the viewings. After each round, we were updated by phone on the status, which we found particularly nice. The entire sale went smoothly and within a week our house was sold subject to conditions. Of course, there has been regular contact between us and the real estate agent in between, and the back office at the office deserves a big compliment. They looked ahead well and no effort was too much to guide everything properly. We were also able to turn to them with all our questions, where we received expert answers. In short, we are very satisfied with Makelaardij Friesland and can recommend them to everyone. Next time we will definitely engage them again.

Second sale was not optimal, poor start, little information provided, careless. Our purchase went downright badly, mediocre viewing, questionnaire not filled in truthfully, many (dubious) points. Ronald comes across as friendly and skilled, but his work often leaves much to be desired, and he tries to brush off problems with very simple tests. I therefore cannot judge otherwise, Ronald is a real estate agent with a huge (?)
