Minus: Foundation text not very strong, had to adapt it considerably ourselves. Communication with the realtor almost always indirect (via front office). After the actual sale, there was virtually complete radio silence and it turns out the realtor no longer works at Frysk!

03 Dec 2024A traumatic experience. Our house was overpriced, after many price adjustments it still wasn't sold after a year. The market declined at that time (2022) and as a result we lowered the original asking price by €10,000 ourselves instead of the price mentioned by Frysk. Questions were not answered or only answered after calling multiple times. Without consultation, an equivalent house was placed on funda by Frysk for €15,000 less in the street behind ours. After our own (successful) attempts to sell the house, we were thwarted and after one email, the sales contract was simply terminated by Frysk without a normal conversation. Gives a clear picture of the Frisian housing market, but also that there is definitely interest from buyers outside this province in a Frisian home. In addition, a full service package at a fixed price. This way you know as a seller exactly what remains when the house is sold. Definitely recommended when you want to sell your house, but also when you want to buy a property -in Friesland-!

Date unknownVery bad realtor!! We purchased a house from this realtor with a condition of a structural survey. The offer had been accepted by the seller. The inspection was to be carried out and all documents were already sent. Then p de Jong (realtor) called to say that the purchase would not go ahead. He had received a higher bid. Very strange way of doing business and a dent in our trust. We will definitely not do business with this realtor again. That's not how you treat each other!

During the initial consultation, we were pleasantly surprised by the professional approach, knowledge of the market and our specific situation. We were involved in a good and open way. With his knowledge and experience, the broker ensured that the house was put on the market in a good way. Subsequently, we were fully informed and involved in the follow-up. Not only towards us but also towards the interested buyers, the broker was enthusiastic, easy to approach and knew how to share his knowledge in a customer-friendly, enthusiastic manner and to put himself in everyone's situation in order to give appropriate advice from there. Ultimately, this led to a successful sale within approximately two weeks after placing the house on the market for both sellers and buyers. The further settlement was also carried out in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Partly thanks to the commitment and involvement of the broker, we have experienced this unusual event as very pleasant. Should we have moving plans in the future, we will definitely make use of the services of both Makelaardij Friesland and broker Jorrit.

We also came to a good price both for us as sellers and - I think - also for the buyer. Furthermore, the broker has good support from the people at his office.
