Where during viewings we often received explanations in five minutes and were then allowed to look around for another fifteen minutes, it feels truly personal with this agent. An unpleasant viewing of a property behind me with Mr. Veenstra. I have the impression that he is giving show viewers a tour for form's sake for this property because the seller of the property himself wants to decide this. The broker himself already has a buyer to whom he would prefer to sell the property, and in my opinion, he shows it well. First, Mr. Veenstra himself is late for the property with a story that he was detained. This can happen, but I think I deserve an apology for having been left waiting in front of a closed door. After this, he immediately gives me the feeling that I came for nothing because Mr. Veenstra starts his story about the property by stating that he already has a buyer for the property but that the owner also wants a sales process via Funda. This would not have been necessary for the broker himself. In addition to the fact that new viewers are let in after only fifteen minutes without explanation or apology towards me, it sketches my astonishment. In the email from the real estate agency, it states that half an hour is planned for my viewing appointment. That I must do this together with other interested parties and wait my turn to be able to ask a few questions of the broker, I find does not meet what they offer me beforehand. All in all, it made me stand outside again with an unpleasant aftertaste after the end of this viewing. For the first time I have viewed a property where I did not feel welcome as someone interested in buying.

Plus: Enthusiastic realtor, our story translated well to viewers during tours. Beautiful presentation and brochure. Broad exposure on online media was somewhat limited. Minus: Foundation text not very strong, had to adapt it considerably ourselves. Communication with the realtor almost always indirect (via front office). After the actual sale, there was virtually complete radio silence and it turns out the realtor no longer works at Frysk!

A traumatic experience. Our house was overpriced, after many price adjustments it still wasn't sold after a year. The market declined at that time (2022) and as a result we lowered the original asking price by €10,000 ourselves instead of the price mentioned by Frysk. Questions were not answered or only answered after calling multiple times. Without consultation, an equivalent house was placed on funda by Frysk for €15,000 less in the street behind ours. After our own (successful) attempts to sell the house, we were thwarted and after one email, the sales contract was simply terminated by Frysk without a normal conversation. Sold with another real estate agent after 1 week. I would not recommend anyone to sell a house here, terrible experience left.

Had more than a good conversation about the sale of our house. Gives a clear picture of the Frisian housing market, but also that there is definitely interest from buyers outside this province in a Frisian home. In addition, a full service package at a fixed price. This way you know as a seller exactly what remains when the house is sold. Definitely recommended when you want to sell your house, but also when you want to buy a property -in Friesland-!

Recently had a viewing with this real estate agency; it seemed as though the relevant realtor hadn't familiarized themselves with the property or was not enthusiastic about selling it. To our questions, we often received the answer 'yes, that is on the list of particulars'. The realtor stood the entire viewing with their hands in their pockets and pointed things with their feet. Certain matters that we believe should have been known, the realtor could not answer at the time of the viewing. We've had several viewings recently with different real estate agencies, but found this viewing really below par. Also a shame that it is not worked through a move account and that documents are not clearly sent in advance.

Very unprofessional company. Everything that was said and done by the company was only focused on closing the deal as quickly as possible. During the viewing, the real estate agent told more untruths than truths. Everything on and around the property would be included in the purchase. When we suggested making clear agreements about this with the sellers, the response was: Money first, then talk. When it became clear that absolutely nothing would be included in the sale, and we still wanted clarity about it, the lady at the office misrepresented the information to both sides so much that the sale almost fell through on both sides. It also turned out that the promised underfloor heating was not present and the house had been for sale for more than a year, while we were told less than six months. Professional apologies from the real estate agency also failed to materialize.

Very bad realtor!! We purchased a house from this realtor with a condition of a structural survey. The offer had been accepted by the seller. The inspection was to be carried out and all documents were already sent. Then p de Jong (realtor) called to say that the purchase would not go ahead. He had received a higher bid. Very strange way of doing business and a dent in our trust. We will definitely not do business with this realtor again. That's not how you treat each other!

From the very first contact to the moment of transfer of our house, we have experienced the services of Makelaardij Friesland and broker Jorrit in particular as very positive. During the initial consultation, we were pleasantly surprised by the professional approach, knowledge of the market and our specific situation. We were involved in a good and open way. With his knowledge and experience, the broker ensured that the house was put on the market in a good way. Subsequently, we were fully informed and involved in the follow-up. Not only towards us but also towards the interested buyers, the broker was enthusiastic, easy to approach and knew how to share his knowledge in a customer-friendly, enthusiastic manner and to put himself in everyone's situation in order to give appropriate advice from there. Ultimately, this led to a successful sale within approximately two weeks after placing the house on the market for both sellers and buyers. The further settlement was also carried out in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Partly thanks to the commitment and involvement of the broker, we have experienced this unusual event as very pleasant.
