Had more than a good conversation about the sale of our house. Gives a clear picture of the Frisian housing market, but also that there is definitely interest from buyers outside this province in a Frisian home. A traumatic experience. Our house was overpriced, after many price adjustments it still wasn't sold after a year. The market declined at that time (2022) and as a result we lowered the original asking price by €10,000 ourselves instead of the price mentioned by Frysk. Questions were not answered or only answered after calling multiple times. Without consultation, an equivalent house was placed on funda by Frysk for €15,000 less in the street behind ours. After our own (successful) attempts to sell the house, we were thwarted and after one email, the sales contract was simply terminated by Frysk without a normal conversation. Sold with another real estate agent after 1 week. I would not recommend anyone to sell a house here, terrible experience left.

Efficient working method and through the WhatsApp group always a quick response to any questions. The Move app used is also very handy. After each viewing, an immediate update so you immediately knew how everyone experienced the property and whether there was serious interest. In short, a transparent way of working that I liked very much.

Linda was zo onbeleefd. Ze kwam te laat, bood niet eens haar excuses aan en gaf ons letterlijk de schuld omdat haar secretaresse de afspraak probeerde te verzetten, maar ons niet kon bereiken. Wat een arrogante vrouw! De enige vraag die ze stelde was: "Jullie komen hier niet vandaan!" Wat een stomme manier van zakendoen. IJskoud, geen glimlach, helemaal niets. Het verkopen van dit huis was een hele opgave voor ons. Verschrikkelijke vrouw. We vonden het huis mooi, maar we wilden geen zaken doen met zo'n chagrijnige makelaar.

We offered our house through FRYSK real estate agents in June 2021. We were able to do part of the work ourselves, such as creating floor plans and photos and providing texts, which saved on costs. The property was in good condition but dated. Apparently, this deters many buyers, because it took until January 2022 for the house to be sold. The support, initially by Fenna and later by Ida, is professional and pleasant. Communication between each other is efficient and fast.

Frysk sold my father's house, and dropped quite a few balls in the process, I mention a few: it marketed the spacious and 'above-average' house as a fixer-upper; it forgot to mention and state that the house was on navigable water; it invited already seriously interested parties while the house was still completely turned upside down due to moving; it organized an open day as the first opportunity for 18? interested parties (which, in my opinion, doesn't suit a house worth 4 to 5 hundred thousand); Although my father agreed with this, he was advised to do so, and I had hoped to see a better advisor in Frysk. It sometimes felt to us children as if they didn’t want too much work involved. However, broker Linda proved her services during the bidding process and stood by our side well - and we got a good price, but the market was largely responsible for that.

During the intake, I dealt with Janny. She made me feel very calm. It was clear that she would protect my interests in this, for me quite large, process. When the house subsequently appeared on Funda, she was on vacation and I had to deal with Martijn.
