In this particularly difficult housing market, this real estate agent is a breath of fresh air. Where during viewings we often received explanations in five minutes and were then allowed to look around for another fifteen minutes, it feels truly personal with this agent. He takes the time with all rooms, knows the house and current owners well, and always comes back to asked questions. Even here, we usually have no chance when bidding, but you do receive this in a pleasant way along with correct feedback.

An unpleasant viewing of a property behind me with Mr. Veenstra. I have the impression that he is giving show viewers a tour for form's sake for this property because the seller of the property himself wants to decide this. The broker himself already has a buyer to whom he would prefer to sell the property, and in my opinion, he shows it well. First, Mr. Veenstra himself is late for the property with a story that he was detained. This can happen, but I think I deserve an apology for having been left waiting in front of a closed door. After this, he immediately gives me the feeling that I came for nothing because Mr. Veenstra starts his story about the property by stating that he already has a buyer for the property but that the owner also wants a sales process via Funda. This would not have been necessary for the broker himself. In addition to the fact that new viewers are let in after only fifteen minutes without explanation or apology towards me, it sketches my astonishment. In the email from the real estate agency, it states that half an hour is planned for my viewing appointment. That I must do this together with other interested parties and wait my turn to be able to ask a few questions of the broker, I find does not meet what they offer me beforehand. All in all, it made me stand outside again with an unpleasant aftertaste after the end of this viewing. For the first time I have viewed a property where I did not feel welcome as someone interested in buying.

Disappointing experience with the real estate agent: I am very disappointed about my recent experience with this real estate agent. Three days before the scheduled viewing, the appointment was suddenly cancelled. This gave us no further chance to make an offer on the property we had in mind.

Plus: Enthusiastic realtor, our story translated well to viewers during tours. Beautiful presentation and brochure. Broad exposure on online media was somewhat limited. Minus: Foundation text not very strong, had to adapt it considerably ourselves. Communication with the realtor almost always indirect (via front office). After the actual sale, there was virtually complete radio silence and it turns out the realtor no longer works at Frysk!

A traumatic experience. Our house was overpriced, after many price adjustments it still wasn't sold after a year. The market declined at that time (2022) and as a result we lowered the original asking price by €10,000 ourselves instead of the price mentioned by Frysk. Questions were not answered or only answered after calling multiple times. Without consultation, an equivalent house was placed on funda by Frysk for €15,000 less in the street behind ours. After our own (successful) attempts to sell the house, we were thwarted and after one email, the sales contract was simply terminated by Frysk without a normal conversation. Sold with another real estate agent after 1 week. I would not recommend anyone to sell a house here, terrible experience left.

Gives a clear picture of the Frisian housing market, but also that there is definitely interest from buyers outside this province in a Frisian home. In addition, a full service package at a fixed price. This way you know as a seller exactly what remains when the house is sold. Definitely recommended when you want to sell your house, but also when you want to buy a property -in Friesland-!
