Minus: Foundation text not very strong, had to adapt it considerably ourselves. Communication with the realtor almost always indirect (via front office). After the actual sale, there was virtually complete radio silence and it turns out the realtor no longer works at Frysk!

03 Dec 2024A traumatic experience. Our house was overpriced, after many price adjustments it still wasn't sold after a year. The market declined at that time (2022) and as a result we lowered the original asking price by €10,000 ourselves instead of the price mentioned by Frysk. Questions were not answered or only answered after calling multiple times. Without consultation, an equivalent house was placed on funda by Frysk for €15,000 less in the street behind ours. After our own (successful) attempts to sell the house, we were thwarted and after one email, the sales contract was simply terminated by Frysk without a normal conversation. Sold with another real estate agent after 1 week. I would not recommend anyone to sell a house here, terrible experience left.

Date unknownBefore purchase a fine real estate agent, but for sale I would look further. As few actions as possible, nothing on paper, no consultation and no longer responds to anything. And want contact after a review? Enough actions taken and made clear that the expectations and agreements were not met. Every appropriate response remains absent, except this one here. Incomprehensible.

12 Apr 2025The contact was good. 1.Would have liked to have a manual when using Move .Perhaps a tip to offer that to somewhat older people. It initially seems quite complicated with all the data that needs to be filled in. 2.Please discuss if the house you sold is located in an area with a lot of bus traffic, without you knowing that as a seller. I didn't find it pleasant to hear that from a neighbor.
