He was actually the only one who estimated the asking price well, in our opinion. Within a few months, he had sold our house and everything was arranged smoothly, even though it was a property with commercial space where you have to find a buyer. 17 Mar 2024We are very pleased with the critical perspective during delivery by Mr. Karl Passies. Everything is being carefully reviewed. He has an eye for the good things and certainly also looks with a critical eye. Mr. Passies looks at details. He even went onto the roof and inspected the roof edging and solar panels there. Also, the window frames, which we cannot see from the inside, were examined. Extensive inspection that benefits the client. He knows the ‘rules’ within construction and comes up with a solution as to how it should be done differently. He has a calm demeanor and points out defects to the contractor in a tactful way, to which the contractor has no response. Our contractor did not appreciate this. Mr. Passies was described by the contractor as being too critical. And that is what’s most important for the buyer. We are happy that we hired Mr. Passies. Thank you very much Karl.
