Karl was 1 of a number of brokers I had asked for the sale of our house in Sleen, the feeling was immediately good; I knew him from when he still worked for construction company Bekman. He was actually the only one who estimated the asking price well, in our opinion. Within a few months, he had sold our house and everything was arranged smoothly, even though it was a property with commercial space where you have to find a buyer. No problem for Carl, who also knows exactly from a technical construction point of view how things stand. Carl, I wish you much happiness and health and that you may sell many more houses.
