Apparently, Erdman company is doing so well that they can simply ignore potential home buyers. We will skip this one in our search for a property. Date unknownDuring the viewing, this real estate agent stated that a leasehold period had been terminated. Further investigation revealed that this is incorrect. This type of 'error' rarely occurs. The only explanation we can offer for this is either total incompetence or an attempt to manipulate. Given his turnover, we suspect the latter. Leave it alone and do not conduct business with him!
