25 Aug 2024They are advertising a property for sale that has been on the market for a long time. We responded and received no reply. The next morning we drove by and sure enough they were conducting viewings. The house is still for sale but we hear nothing. It's nice for the selling party to know that other people from the village are being ignored. They don't need to sell our house, which is terribly bad.

25 Jun 2024Very bad realtor!! Wants to view a house but they say the house is sold subject to contract. Asked the owner and knew nothing about it. A week later, asked the owner again, still nothing signed. They come at the end of the week for a 2nd viewing and maybe they will sign... Owner is not satisfied. Viewed another house with this realtor and the condition of that property is downright bad, realtor knows nothing, uninterested. Calmly proclaims it's a top house haha. Wow. Asks an absurd price. He lies as easily as he changes underwear. He wants to profit but doesn't want to work for it. You'll have him as a selling realtor pffffff.

A week later asked the owner again and still nothing signed. Viewed another house with this realtor and the house is too dirty, poor condition, knows nothing and still thinks he should ask 450,000 hahah. But according to him a beautiful property... yeah what rude behavior and as a seller you have to pay a hefty commission for that but he lies and deceives.

Date unknownCalled on Tuesday, with the assurance that an appointment would be scheduled for a viewing, sent another SMS on Friday just to see if it had slipped through the cracks, no response received. Apparently, Erdman company is doing so well that they can simply ignore potential home buyers. We will skip this one in our search for a property. Received absolutely no reaction afterwards, not even a 'sorry, something went wrong'.
