Called on Tuesday, with the assurance that an appointment would be scheduled for a viewing, sent another SMS on Friday just to see if it had slipped through the cracks, no response received. Apparently, Erdman company is doing so well that they can simply ignore potential home buyers. We will skip this one in our search for a property. We were interested in a property and contacted you to arrange a viewing. Unfortunately, during the phone call, we were primarily approached with information about mortgages, while at that moment we only wanted to schedule a viewing. We also got the impression that little effort was made to speak to us kindly. This did not feel customer-focused to us, and therefore we have decided to forgo further steps. A shame, because we were seriously interested.
