Once we are in negotiation, it is appropriate to properly conclude the negotiations with the current party before entering into negotiations with a new potential buyer. Changing the status on Funda takes some time to adjust. We are not entirely clear where we should attribute the low review, as we try to complete the transaction as smoothly as possible. You wouldn't expect anything less from your selling real estate agent, would you?

The only explanation we can offer for this is either total incompetence or an attempt to manipulate. Given his turnover, we suspect the latter. Leave it alone and do not conduct business with him!
