Once we are in negotiation, it is appropriate to properly conclude the negotiations with the current party before entering into negotiations with a new potential buyer. Changing the status on Funda takes some time to adjust. We are not entirely clear where we should attribute the low review, as we try to complete the transaction as smoothly as possible. You wouldn't expect anything less from your selling real estate agent, would you?

Date unknownBe careful, I have had a lot of problems with this company. We filed an official complaint with the nvm. Incorrect names in the report, which we had to wait almost 4 weeks for, sloppy work and very low valuation amounts. We lost a lot of money and due to their actions our purchase did not go through. I also relied on the reviews, but I wonder if they are even legitimate.

11 Apr 2025Strange kwibus.. I think Mr. Kerssier is doing too well! There's a beautiful house for sale in Zwiggelte where we certainly had interest! We would like to make an appointment to come and have a look. This could only happen from the nvn open houses day (strange that the real estate agent doesn't bother) I think either the real estate agent is doing too well. Or Mr. thinks 'ah, those city people can't afford it' (because I don't speak plainly) We ourselves live on something similar in terms of land and also in Drenthe. On the internet it says that Zwiggelte is being terrorized by a pack of wolves. And since we have chickens according to Mr. Outside the fact that we do indeed have them. We have horses, dogs, fish and so on.. And yes a baby of a few weeks old. So a pack of wolves around your house isn't super... But hey still we had interest. But because of this arrogant attitude of the real estate agent this has suddenly disappeared. 1 * is actually still too much. Ps you have my nr so you can always call me Mark!

The asking price was overestimated by the real estate agent. The holiday home was sold approximately 25% below the asking price. Because there were no comparable recreational properties, this is not to be blamed on the real estate agent. In addition to brokerage fees of almost 2%, start-up costs were also charged.

05 Jul 2025We absolutely do not feel taken seriously. They don't keep appointments. Very unprofessional. You make an appointment for an appraisal, and the gentleman casually cancels a few hours beforehand. Reason: they already have plenty of work. We are also busy. But we still make time in our agenda for this appointment. Which now will not take place. Wasted effort and a waste of our time.

We are always helped correctly and expertly with attention to our specific situation where I am not an easy customer and have always done my homework. Questions are answered quickly and adjustments are processed well. With the second mortgage, all loan components and various options were discussed with corresponding risk profiles. Also the increase (unfortunately necessary due to rising costs for new construction) without problems and notary because the advice was good initially, therefore saving notary fees. We will definitely arrange our next mortgage through Boekelo (Menno) again.
