Date unknownBe careful, I have had a lot of problems with this company. We filed an official complaint with the nvm. Incorrect names in the report, which we had to wait almost 4 weeks for, sloppy work and very low valuation amounts. We lost a lot of money and due to their actions our purchase did not go through. I also relied on the reviews, but I wonder if they are even legitimate.

Date unknownI have rented out properties through Steenhuis Vastgoedmanagement several times, and each time it has resulted in a quick rental with a reliable tenant. Steenhuis was responsible for taking photos, determining the rent price, listing on Funda, screening tenants, drafting the lease agreement, and conducting the initial inspection. In other words, completely taken care of from beginning to end. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend this company!

You make an appointment for an appraisal, and the gentleman casually cancels a few hours beforehand. Reason: they already have plenty of work. We are also busy. But we still make time in our agenda for this appointment. Which now will not take place. Wasted effort and a waste of our time.

We are always helped correctly and expertly with attention to our specific situation where I am not an easy customer and have always done my homework. Questions are answered quickly and adjustments are processed well. With the second mortgage, all loan components and various options were discussed with corresponding risk profiles. Also the increase (unfortunately necessary due to rising costs for new construction) without problems and notary because the advice was good initially, therefore saving notary fees. We will definitely arrange our next mortgage through Boekelo (Menno) again.

First, no response or only after 2 weeks to schedule a viewing, then cancelling because a realtor was sick, and then again to cancel because the house was sold after attempting to schedule 3 viewings. That's how they do it!!! Missed opportunity DUE TO this REAL ESTATE AGENT Pffff and thanks.

And short lines between us, the purchasing broker and the mortgage advisor, we were able to buy a house with good advice already at the first bid after 3 viewings. Even so quickly that we didn't see it coming. The entire company has a good atmosphere and the employees give a familiar feeling. Without HuitingSchoon, the purchase would not have been successful.
