Once we are in negotiation, it is appropriate to properly conclude the negotiations with the current party before entering into negotiations with a new potential buyer. Changing the status on Funda takes some time to adjust. We are not entirely clear where we should attribute the low review, as we try to complete the transaction as smoothly as possible. You wouldn't expect anything less from your selling real estate agent, would you?

And additionally, the sale of the house where they lived for over 40 years. Hats off to the way she did that! My in-laws are getting older and could no longer do it themselves due to health problems. She kept us well informed throughout the entire process and was always on time for appointments. She thought along with the process and informed us well. She was accessible for all questions throughout the entire process and she was flexible. She did all of this in a very pleasant way with much respect and patience. Moreover, she felt very well what my in-laws and we needed. My in-laws are very happy with the apartment they bought with Ilse's help.
