The broker prepares thoroughly and substantiates why he arrives at the pricing. Also as a buyer's agent, good preparation, which has saved us a lot of money. So a broker with knowledge of the matter, prepared well, listens carefully to the client and provides pleasant personal contact. I recommend Pieter at all times.

Very disappointed in this realtor. Pieter sold us the property and withheld a lot of information. As a result, we were confronted with large, high, and unexpected costs. They do rake in the money, but don't work on a solution. Only when a bad review is posted do they react. Again very disappointed. A meeting is now proposed, but during the period when complaints rained down, it was 'not home'. You should be ashamed of how you treat customers. Just sent the people for the maintenance and repair of the plastic window frames and doors away. Again a post of over 6000 euros where we were not made aware. A viewing of just under 20 minutes and then increasing the pressure. We are sick of being completely boxed in here. A young house of 10 years says nothing.

We have experienced Jozef as a very arrogant and self-important realtor. He stated that he normally 'only deals with the higher segment' and therefore apparently felt too good for the 200K property we were opting for. Had Groenhout Makelaars not been involved, our purchase would have proceeded more pleasantly and easily. Edit: I just read the things that the poster below me posted 2 months after me: Very recognizable, our house was listed on the internet as being in good condition (except for the kitchen), but actually everything (really everything) needs to be replaced. A very unreliable and unfair realtor.
