Slechte communicatie via Rutger. 2de keer bezichtiging kwam hij te laat zonder dit even te laten weten. Na een week onderhandelen (ivm late reacties) werd ons bod geaccepteerd op 16-01 en zijn we direct gestart met de verkoop van beide woningen. Allebei een betaling van €1100,- per huis gedaan voor de opstartkosten van de verkoop van onze woningen. Vrijdag 23-01 worden we opeens gebeld dat er nog een geïnteresseerd stel is en was de vraag of wij bij ons bod blijven. Wij hebben gezegd idd bij ons bod te blijven. Vervolgens heeft hij niet meer op de mail gereageerd die we daarna hebben gestuurd en zien wij 4 dagen later op funda dat het huis opeens onder bod staat. We hebben zelf niks meer gehoord.
