Onze makelaar had goede kennis van de markt, waarde van de woning en een duidelijk plan van aanpak betreffende de verkoop. Daarin gaf hij uitleg en opties, zodat we samen tot een goed plan kwamen. Goede begeleiding vooraf, tijdens en na de verkoop. Het voelde vertrouwd.

In 2014 heeft A.Jalving onze woonboerderij getaxeerd i.o.v de NAM. later werkzaam voor Lagro Ebens. Later heeft E.B. van Hasselt bij een contra expertise van de NAM een hertaxatie gedaan i.o.v de NAM. Het verschil met vergelijkbare objecten is dat onze toenmalige woning bijna 300.000 te laag is getaxeerd ten opzichte van vergelijkbare objecten. 1 ster is te veel. Ik weet waar ik over praat want ben zelf Register Makelaar Taxateur geweest en nog steeds gecertificeerd Makelaar. Nu 12 jaar later is dit nog niet afgesloten. Het Openbaar ministerie mag zich gaan buigen of er sprake is van Oplichting, Fraude, wantprestatie etc. dit laat ik dan aan het Openbaar ministerie over.

Very positive experience with Lagro appraisers. Friendly assistance from the first conversation and they were above all very fast: called on Wednesday afternoon, they came by on Thursday morning, and two working days later the validated appraisal report was received. Throughout the process we had friendly and clear contact (calls, whatsapp and email). If you are looking for a quick and good valuation without hassle, Lagro is definitely recommended.

I had a property valued for the purpose of purchase. Through the website I was able to easily request the valuation and then subsequently sign the order via email. A few days later I was already called with the message that the valuation was almost completed. With an additional question as to whether I was aware of the fact that the C.V. boiler was on lease, rather than in ownership as stated on funda. The selling broker had already informed me about this point, but it was still nice that the appraiser checked this! Between request and receipt of the report there were only 4 working days (6 days total). All in all a good and fast service, and even at a reasonable price!
