Tijdens het proces hebben Jeroen en Pieter ons fantastisch geholpen. Ze waren goed bereikbaar (bijv. via Whatsapp), laagdrempelig, vriendelijk en dachten echt met ons mee over wat haalbaar was en bij ons past. Er ging altijd 1 vd 2 mee naar een bezichtiging, die met een persoonlijke en kritische kijk het huis inspecteerde. Daarna keek 1 vd 2 mee naar de VVE stukken. Super leerzaam, want wij wisten daarin echt niet waar we naar moesten kijken. Ze lieten een taxateur meekijken naar een schatting van de taxatiewaarde, waardoor wij gericht konden bieden. Ook het team eromheen was erg prettig: afspraken waren snel gemaakt. Er kwam snel reactie op onze berichten. De korte lijnen met All in Financial maakten dat het proces van hypotheek aanvragen ook makkelijker en soepeler liep. Wij hebben nu een fijn huis en zijn heel tevreden met de service!

Een fijne makelaar in omgang en communicatie. Ik heb uiteindelijk mijn wensen wat moeten aanpassen maar hier waren ze transparant in. Het enige wat ik lastig en vervelend vond is dat ik soms wat druk voelde in het snel onderhandelen en keuzes maken, maar dat is deze wereld omtrent de verhitte woningmarkt.

Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well.
