Ik heb een uitgebreide e-mail verstuurd met de vraag naar beschikbare opties. De reactie die ik ontving, gaf direct aan dat er niets beschikbaar was binnen mijn prijsklasse, zonder verdere overweging. In mijn oorspronkelijke e-mail heb ik mijn financiële situatie niet gespecificeerd, en mijn inkomen is aanzienlijk, ruimschoots voldoende voor de aangeboden huurwoningen. Dit lijkt mij een geval van vooroordeel en een ongegronde weigering. Kunt u mij uitleggen of hier een legitieme verklaring voor is? Ik vermoed dat het hier gaat om vooroordelen op basis van mijn naam, aangezien ik anders geen reden zie voor deze afwijzing, zeker gezien het feit dat de genoemde reden (prijsklasse) niet door mij is gespecificeerd en ik ruimschoots aan de huurprijzen voldoe.

27 februari de taxatie aangevraagd voor ons huis het is nu 9 maart en de taxatie rapport is nog steeds niet klaar. Taxateur laat niks van zich horen maar ook echt helemaal niks. Je moet hem zelf bellen anders neemt die geen contact met jou op. Ze verwachten dat het deze week klaar moet zijn terwijl ze vorige week vrijdag al zeiden dat het die vrijdag komt. Nooit meer bij deze taxateur. Wilt totaal niet communiceren je moet altijd achter aan gaan, belachelijk. Je betaalt er een godsvermogen voor en ze kunnen je niet eens laten weten hoe het zit terwijl je al heel lang zit te wachtend normale taxatie duurt 3 dagen ongeveer, dit is ver van n echt heel ver van normaal. Nooit meer! Ik raad het werkelijk waar niemand aan.

Emailed on December 27th for a viewing of a unit, after receiving no response to my email, I decided to call on January 3rd to make an appointment. After a long story over the phone, an appointment was finally made for January 9th at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, by 10:10 AM nobody appeared, so I called to see if they had forgotten about us; the receptionist couldn't reach the man I had an appointment with. Maybe he was on his way or a meeting ran over, that’s possible. By 10:45 AM still nothing, so I called again to see if the gentleman had surfaced. Unfortunately, the receptionist couldn't reach him again; she said we should go home and she would pass it along and contact us today. As predicted, heard nothing more. Maybe I should contact Opsporing Verzocht since nobody could reach him and he completely disappeared off the face of the earth?

Unreliable realtor. Not even worth 1 star. We had seen a beautiful house. After (with difficulty) making an appointment, we had a viewing scheduled with Mr. Klinker. During the viewing, we received poor answers to our questions. Ultimately, we found the house so beautiful that we placed a bid. It turned out we were not the only interested parties, so there were multiple bids (a total of 4). We received a request from the realtor to submit a revised offer. This had to be sent via email to the realtor, before 12 o'clock the next day. Ultimately, our bid was just insufficient. Unfortunately.... But what astonished us, Mr. Klinker himself also placed a bid (with all insights into the bids made!!) and ultimately bid slightly more than the other bids. We will never do business with this unreliable realtor again. Also filed an official complaint to NVM.

A realtor (many would say exploiter) who, by avoiding phone calls, intimidation (!), and hidden costs, always leaves a bad taste in the mouths of tenants. Many of the reviews on Funda are (just as is often done with home delivery by restaurant owners) quite certainly fake.

You can expect more from a guarantee broker, as stated in their slogan. Well, they could certainly remove that from their site. Two months ago I bought a 'new' (it turns out the new house had been empty for 11 years - this wasn't mentioned during the sales conversation, it was said to be about 6 years) casco apartment in Roden. After two months of renovation, we moved in last week. Now it turns out that the central heating boiler is not working properly, I called 'GUARANTY BROKER' Jonkman (who guided us well with the purchase) about this. I was told to just send an email. I did, but to my utter astonishment, I was told to contact my own real estate agent instead. They only made an appointment with Jonkman and had nothing further to do with the sale of the apartment. I really feel cheated by this broker Jonkman and would not recommend them to anyone else.

In one word, a worthless realtor leaves you literally and figuratively out in the cold. Bought new house with this worthless realtor .after 1 week.the central heating boiler broke down but this worthless realtor doesn't respond. If he can sell you something, they know how to find you, but if there is a problem you hear nothing more from him.
