29 May 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. As a buyer, Martin will fight for you to the utmost and be willing to convince the seller that you are the right buyer, even if on paper you are facing someone who has made a better offer. As a seller, Martin also finds the best offer for you, not only at auctions, but – should the auction results fall short – also by getting customers who long ago gave up on their own search back into action. All the additional research – regarding VvE's, electricity supply, insurance, contracts and liabilities – is carried out smoothly and professionally, so that you don't have to worry about anything. The inspection of apartments during the purchase phase also proceeds very efficiently, with Martin being able to estimate how much a replacement or repair of a certain defect will cost you later on. All this happens with the greatest dedication to the principles of the profession. After trying several real estate agents in Groningen, I have no doubt that Martin is the person to go to if you want to be sure that you get the maximum out of your purchase or sale. That extra few hundred euros in commission is more than worth it.

From the beginning, we felt in good hands, and that feeling only grew stronger throughout the process. As expats buying from abroad, we knew the market would be challenging. We had heard how competitive and fast everything can be, and how difficult it is to succeed if you don't fully understand the bidding system. Martin took all that complexity off our shoulders. He represented us with confidence and precision, and his calm, well-timed advice helped us navigate everything clearly. You really notice how much experience he has – and how important that is in this kind of market. One of the most reassuring aspects of the process was Martin's strong technical knowledge. Before a formal viewing, he carefully inspected each property himself, pointing out structural problems or hidden details that we would have completely overlooked. That helped us make decisions with much more confidence and save time and money. In addition to the technical side, we especially appreciated how personal and supportive the collaboration felt. But Anderz Real Estate Agent Martin and Quwendy guided us in every respect in an incredibly professional manner. Martin is a very friendly and caring person. He made accurate decisions about this crazy market and was right every time. Without him, we would not have been able to do it. Anderz Real Estate Agent was with us at all times from the beginning to the end of the purchasing process and did their best to protect our interests. They had given us, as potential buyers, less than 10 minutes before the next viewers were already standing on the doorstep, just having seen the living room. If you don't, I can write on a note that you will be screwed after a while because the realtor simply leaves you out in the cold and doesn't seek contact. Absolutely no professionalism. Whether selling or buying a home, he doesn't keep his appointments. Houses are not sold or bought fairly. Don't waste your time with them and be smart and look elsewhere!

Date unknownUnreliable realtor. Not even worth 1 star. We had seen a beautiful house. After (with difficulty) making an appointment, we had a viewing scheduled with Mr. Klinker. During the viewing, we received poor answers to our questions. Ultimately, we found the house so beautiful that we placed a bid. It turned out we were not the only interested parties, so there were multiple bids (a total of 4). We received a request from the realtor to submit a revised offer. This had to be sent via email to the realtor, before 12 o'clock the next day. Ultimately, our bid was just insufficient. Unfortunately.... But what astonished us, Mr. Klinker himself also placed a bid (with all insights into the bids made!!) and ultimately bid slightly more than the other bids. We will never do business with this unreliable realtor again. Also filed an official complaint to NVM.

Two months ago I bought a 'new' (it turns out the new house had been empty for 11 years - this wasn't mentioned during the sales conversation, it was said to be about 6 years) casco apartment in Roden. After two months of renovation, we moved in last week. Now it turns out that the central heating boiler is not working properly, I called 'GUARANTY BROKER' Jonkman (who guided us well with the purchase) about this. I was told to just send an email. I did, but to my utter astonishment, I was told to contact my own real estate agent instead. They only made an appointment with Jonkman and had nothing further to do with the sale of the apartment. I really feel cheated by this broker Jonkman and would not recommend them to anyone else.
