Ook bij vragen was er meteen een antwoord en werd er gezocht naar de beste oplossing. Wij als verkopers waren met z’n vieren, maar de communicatie en bereikbaarheid met Geertje verliep op en top. Voor mij een reden om haar te benaderen voor bemiddeling als aankoopmakelaar. Geertje maakt heldere afspraken en heeft de tijd om alles goed toe te lichten. Zij is van begin tot eind zeer betrokken en bovenal realistisch wat ervoor zorgt dat je als klant goed weet tot hoever je wilt gaan voor een huis in deze hectische markt.

14 May 2024Ons contact had een lange duur. Vanaf het moment dat wij nog maar dáchten over de verkoop van ons huis tot aan de werkelijke verkoop zit twee jaar. Al die tijd was het contact in de verschillende fasen heel goed. Goede informatie, ze was de rust in onze chaos en onzekerheid, heel goed bereikbaar, zeer betrokken en een fijn mens. Prettig dat ze al die tijd onze contactpersoon bleef. Toen het huis echt op de markt kwam was het vlot verkocht.

08 Apr 2024Wij zijn enorm te spreken over deze makelaardij. Onlangs hebben wij een bezichtiging gehad bij een woning met jullie als makelaar (in dit geval met Geertje Bergsma). Wij willen ook even via deze weg laten weten dat we superblij zijn en enorm goed zijn behandeld. Ze nemen echt de tijd voor je en ze zijn ook oprecht geïnteresseerd. Dit hebben wij nog nooit zo meegemaakt bij een andere makelaar. Wij stonden daar enorm versteld van op een positieve manier. We hebben inmiddels de betreffende woning gekocht onder voorbehoud, maar zelfs al hadden we de woning niet gekregen dan hadden we alsnog een goede recensie willen schrijven. We zijn ook zo blij dat we via jullie een huis kopen. Want dit voelt gewoon heel erg goed. Heel erg bedankt voor jullie tijd en moeite! Wij zijn zeer tevreden! Ga zo door!

We can wholeheartedly recommend our real estate agent Stephan de Poel. For more than 3 months of actively searching and house hunting, we received full assistance with all matters: booking/canceling viewings, contacting sellers, inspecting houses, market analysis, bidding, drafting deeds, and etc. Other supporting staff were also always polite, responded quickly via email or WhatsApp, and generally very kind, regardless of the questions we asked. The price is well justified, as it does not change with the number of visits/bids (of which we had many) until you have the reassuring house.

She accompanied us on a number of viewings and you notice that she knows what she's doing and pays attention to things you might not think of yourself. 5 stars then :-)

05 May 2024Following a viewing, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the viewing it was indicated that the price counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the asking price wasn't mentioned either, which is why we made the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

Most pleasant was the good balance between, on the one hand, sufficiently formal and polite, and on the other hand, approachable and informal. Perhaps somewhat optimistic in a declining market, but which broker wasn't? I would call again like this next time.
