My experience with Anderz Real Estate is not as fantastic as other reviews suggest. Last year I bought a house with Anderz Real Estate as the agent, and then for convenience also kept them as agent for selling my own home. However, the feeling of being taken care of was far from there. The handover of the new home did not go as promised. The house was only handed over seven hours later, but the agent himself had already flown away. Also, the home was measured incorrectly and therefore the number of m2 did not match. When selling the old house, there was unnecessary noise on the line, the agent did not act decisively and I had to myself provide clarity to the purchasing agent (of the buyers) about the status of the VvE. In short, looking back on the entire process, I would definitely have done things differently and not through Anderz.

I do not recommend their services. I felt that I was not properly informed. I had to constantly ask questions to be sure everything was in order, otherwise I might have been scammed. They would be present during the viewings and apartment visits during the purchasing process, but they weren't. The only positive thing about them is that at least they answer your questions.

On March 9 of this year, I made an offer. The property was sold to someone else shortly after that. I wanted to view the bidding log via Move.nl. However, it was not yet activated. A few days later, the property had already been removed from Move. I asked the real estate agent to activate the bidding log. The response was, 'We do not have a bidding log.' I then requested that the bidding log be emailed to me, but received no response. A few days later I sent a repeated request. The agent's reply: 'We discussed with the salesperson and she finds it unpleasant to share this. Moreover, we are not obliged to do so. Despite that information I made a printout. However, the bids received by email from other real estate agents are not included here. We had more...' The agent is affiliated with Vastgoed Nederland. Therefore, I requested the sending of the mandatory official bidding log in which also the releasing conditions of the bidders and any other agreements are mentioned. The agent's literal response: 'This is the official logbook. I think you're confused... what did you think I sent? This is the log.' In a final attempt to get the agent to make the official logbook accessible, I wrote: 'If I follow the information on the internet, I always come to the conclusion that the releasing conditions - provided they exist - should be mentioned in the bidding log. That is especially important here because the seller's choice apparently fell on a bid that is 10,000 lower than the highest bid. I would like to know which releasing conditions or other reservations justify this choice. As mentioned in an earlier email, I saw that the bidding log was on Move.nl at the end of last week, but the button was not yet activated. When I tried again this week, I saw that the property had been removed from Move. Since I, as a bidder, have the right to access the bidding log via a certified system such as Move and according to Vastgoed Nederland and the NVM's code of honor it is not allowed to remove a log that was already in Move, my request once again is for the bidding log to be made accessible via Move without delay.' Thereafter, it remained silent. I then presented this to Vastgoed Nederland. They wrote: 'It is indeed unusual that the property was removed from your account and you therefore had no further insight. 'We do not have a bidding log' cannot be, that must be something a member of Vastgoed Nederland can do, we have indeed signed the covenant to comply with certain minimum requirements regarding the Bidding Log. I forwarded this email to the agent with a pressing request to reopen the bidding log and send me confirmation of that. I also indicated that I would consult on further steps. Shortly afterwards, this response followed: 'I have already sent the bidding log a long time ago. And you bid well below the asking price. I have decided to file a stalking report. This is really not acceptable. I feel unsafe with your messages.' I forwarded this response to Vastgoed Nederland and posted this review. POSTSCRIPT: After that, I received a phone call which I recorded. The agent is indeed completely out of line in her response. In the reply below, it says that the logbook has already been sent to me. Yes, but without mentioning the mandatory releasing conditions. What is noticeable here is that the winning bid was made after the bidding period had already expired.
