Sorry, but these are things that should be mentioned beforehand. And then say on the phone, 'we earn nothing from you.' Honesty is a virtue.

24 Aug 2024On December 4, 2023, a call regarding Japanese Knotweed from a property they had for sale. To the question of whether the realtor had informed the new residents, a resounding 'yes' was given with enthusiasm. It turns out that this was not the case afterwards. Conclusion: knowingly and unlawfully selling a house with hidden defects which proved to contain even more defects. Never buy anything through them. Money is more important than the person who is now saddled with the misery.

16 Feb 2025Last week I submitted a request to view a house. Unfortunately, the viewings were full and they do expect to sell as well. This week the property was still listed as available and there was no text updated indicating that there was no possibility of viewing. Subsequently called to state that I still have very much interest and would like to buy the property, even if unseen. I am personally accustomed to the suffering that is called the housing market in the Randstad region, so overbidding by half the asking price didn't seem entirely strange to me. Is that not allowed?!?! Apparently, with this agency you are obliged to first visit and have them look before a bid can be made. This seems like favoritism to first see what kind of meat they have in the pot and whether you are fun enough to sell to. What a farce and very unprofessional from the real estate agent.. you would expect them to sell a house to the highest bidder and not close the front door to a bid beforehand.

10 Sep 2023Several viewings requested in the past 2 months, responding to nothing. Emails sent asking why they weren't responding, no response to that either. Now, after 2 months, they finally contacted us and asked which properties we were interested in. After mentioning the addresses, they said they had already been sold... That’s not so strange, after 2 months! Although we see on their site and funda that 1 property is still for sale. They told us they often have problems receiving emails, that they end up in spam. If you know that anyway…🤔 It's a shame things went this way but we are not the only ones. A nice housing offer, but we won’t buy anything for it, unfortunately literally.

Vanaf het allereerste contact was Kevin vriendelijk en professioneel. Hij nam de tijd om mijn vragen te beantwoorden en gaf duidelijke uitleg over het verkoopproces. Wat ik vooral waardeerde, was zijn toewijding om mijn woning snel en tegen de beste prijs te verkopen. En dat is gelukt, Binnen een maand had Kevin een koper gevonden! Bovendien was de communicatie efficiënt en transparant, wat het hele proces voor mij stressvrij maakte. Kortom, ik ben zeer tevreden over de diensten van Makelaar NU en beveel ze ten zeerste aan.

Our realtor never listened to our wishes, and we never felt supported by him during the sales process of our house. He simply wanted to sell it at any price to get his commission. And as if that weren't enough, he lied to us at least once. Terrible service and very unprofessional!

Soon I had Abel on the phone so that we could plan a viewing for after the Easter holidays. At that time, I wanted to finalize things as quickly as possible, so that I could live independently in my little house (where I now live with still a lot of pleasure). Abel sensed this very well and helped me a lot with finalizing matters so that I could buy my first house. He even got the paperwork in order with my employer. Abel is an involved real estate agent who has your best interests at heart. This way, he also helped me with my first tax return (since I bought my house)!
