We had a rather specific search picture, but with the help of Pieter's sharp eye, the useful sparring sessions and the quick switching of his team, we found the house that suits us, exactly in our dream location. The sale was also taken care of by Pieter and his team. We received good tips on how to present our home as well as possible. With a sold property and a satisfied seller (us) as the end result. 29 May 2025Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. He knows what he's talking about, knows the entire city like the back of his hand and has contacts everywhere. He does everything to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that just works really well. What I found particularly pleasant was the feeling of having someone truly on your side and genuinely advocating for your interests. To be honest, I found the whole process quite exciting at times (choosing a house, bidding, arranging a mortgage) and when someone thinks along with you in a sober and structured way, that is priceless. The only thing I would do differently next time is to choose the mortgage advisor that Pieter works closely with. Then the lines are shorter and that's important because arranging a mortgage has to be done within a certain timeframe and you don’t want it to go wrong there. Pieter and Zahra, thank you for your help and until next time!

We had heard how competitive and fast everything can be, and how difficult it is to succeed if you don't fully understand the bidding system. Martin took all that complexity off our shoulders. He represented us with confidence and precision, and his calm, well-timed advice helped us navigate everything clearly. You really notice how much experience he has – and how important that is in this kind of market. One of the most reassuring aspects of the process was Martin's strong technical knowledge. Before a formal viewing, he carefully inspected each property himself, pointing out structural problems or hidden details that we would have completely overlooked. That helped us make decisions with much more confidence and save time and money. In addition to the technical side, we especially appreciated how personal and supportive the collaboration felt. When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions only. He never pushed a purchase or suggested it just to make quick profit. The extra hours he put in were spent on research and negotiations in the evening hours. Date unknownGuided me during the purchase of a home. Always different real estate agents accompanied me on viewings. That's why the agent on duty didn't know what I was looking for. Also, the agent did not have prices for comparable homes ready. The advice was always to bid significantly above the asking price. So little added value.

For example, I ask 3 questions via Move or app, and it takes a long time to get an answer, and then only for 1 out of the 3 questions. Tip: Assign one employee responsible for ensuring customer questions are answered. They were all nice, friendly people though. If they do that better, I will definitely recommend them.
