Ik heb hier eerder een positieve review achtergelaten omdat mijn eigen ervaring destijds goed was. Recent heb ik vernomen van de huidige huurder (die nu de woning verlaat) dat de communicatie vanuit Wessel richting hen zeer opdringerig en zelfs intimiderend is geweest. Wat ik daarbij extra kwalijk vind, is dat mijn naam hierin is genoemd, terwijl ik al meer dan een jaar geen enkele betrokkenheid meer heb bij de woning. Dit vind ik onprofessioneel en onnodig. Als makelaar hoor je zorgvuldig om te gaan met (voormalige) huurders en hun gegevens, en zeker geen namen te gebruiken in situaties waar zij niets meer mee te maken hebben. Deze ervaring doet helaas afbreuk aan mijn eerdere positieve beeld. Ik zou Wessel willen adviseren om kritischer te kijken naar zijn manier van communiceren en omgang met klanten.
