Not recommended. Because Bekx, five years ago, as the selling agent, sold us our apartment, we chose them for the sale now. Although the agent is a nice man, it quickly became apparent that his strategy wasn't working. Where the housing market is inflated everywhere, there seemed to be little to no interest in our apartment. After significantly lowering the expected price, we almost sold the house, but not quite. The communication became messier, in our eyes less credible and more prickly. Instead of revising the sales strategy, the agent wanted to temporarily remove the house from Funda and then put it back on with a lower price, but without further adjustments. We didn't get the impression that he was really committed to the sale, lost confidence in the real estate agency, and said goodbye. Subsequently switched to another realtor who sold our apartment within three weeks from the first contact. You can buy a nice brand new car from the difference between the price for which Bekx almost sold our house and the amount we are now getting for it. All in all, switching was a SMART move.
