We are renting a property from a person who has engaged this company to act as a middleman and handle everything with us, the tenants. In principle fine, until it turns out that this company is incompetent at arranging simple things and keeping appointments. We have a leaking boiler and a broken extractor hood. And since the extractor hood isn't working, we have to cook with the balcony door open, in WINTER … Pandomo then also hires incompetent companies themselves to look into the problems. I understand the problem better from a few Google searches than they do. They literally hired a one-man painting business to look at the extractor hood. Who then had to get some other friend to check it who supposedly knows something about it. The whole situation is completely ridiculous. Previously, I rented a property from Lefier. Their service was 1000x faster. If anything went wrong, a technician would come the next day to investigate the problem and ensure it was fixed within a week. Unbelievable. Get it together Pandomo.
