We werden altijd vlot geholpen na binnenkomst op het kantoor. Buiten de zakelijke kant was er ook altijd voldoende persoonlijke aandacht. Men is vriendelijk en neemt de tijd en men is behulpzaam. De inschatting van de makelaar wat de verkoopwaarde van het huis zou zijn en waarom, klopte redelijk nauwkeurig met de uiteindelijke bedongen verkoopprijs. Men heeft kennis van zaken. Het biedproces verliep in goed overleg. Een klein nadeel vond ik wel dat wel verschillende malen geconf…

Na een eerste kennismaking met makelaar Matthijs van Nieboer wisten we direct: deze man moet ons huis verkopen. Een nuchtere Groninger met veel verstand van de huizenmarkt die met een realistische blik naar onze woning keek. Voor de verkoop ontvingen wij nog wat tips die we konden doorvoeren om ons huis nog beter in de markt te zetten. Matthijs regelde alles; van de foto’s en de advertenties op Funda tot en met de bezichtigingen. Alles ging zo veel mogelijk online en via WhatsApp, dus snel en praktisch. We hebben ons huis heel soepel weten te verkopen voor een hele mooie prijs. Dus Nieboer is absoluut aan te raden!

I want to report about Bosstraat 15 in Winschoten. I had a viewing at Bosstraat 15 in Winschoten and the realtor was late, and the viewing only showed half of the property to the seller. Also, regarding suspected asbestos in the attic, the realtor wants me to pay for an inspection to check if there is suspected asbestos and also to remove it. I think this is a really very bad situation. I have never experienced this as a buyer; this must be handled. For me, above the attic, suspected asbestos is n.v.t for this house and the realtor. For me, this realtor doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Initially good contact, but we still look back on a unpleasant experience. When purchasing Hoofdweg 126 A in Schildwolde, we explicitly asked Mr. Blik if there were any hidden defects and/or other shortcomings about which he had to tell us, but according to him the house was completely renovated and in perfect condition. After the structural survey, it appeared that another € 40,000 needed to be renovated. A leaking roof, an exterior wall that had to be completely replaced, multiple leaking frames, a hole in the ceiling/roof of the bathroom (you could see the air) and generally the house was in very poor condition with poor workmanship. Due to the structural survey, the purchase naturally did not go ahead, but I had expected more transparency from Mr. Blik. He certainly knew about some of these shortcomings or should have better informed himself by the selling party. The structural advisor was also disappointed because this kind of ‘botched work’ was often observed in houses belonging to the selling party (the well-known real estate trader from Slochteren). I am curious whether the next interested parties for Hoofdweg 126 A will be fully informed about the condition of the house.

Very bad realtor. They first call you at the seller's request following a flyer they put through your letterbox. They indicate that the house will soon appear on Funda. And say they will keep us informed. An hour later, you are called by a colleague asking what I think the property is worth. I state that I can only say this if I have seen the house. Refer them to my purchasing realtor. He makes an appointment for today at 12 o'clock. Also gives an indication of the expected bid. Then we were cancelled this morning. The property has been sold subject to conditions. Was our compass used to drive up the price and did the seller really get the highest price? In short, a very unreliable realtor. It also turns out in the morning that they would rather sell to an acquaintance than look for the best buyer for their client.
