Erg fijne samenwerking gehad met Martijn Luring als aankoopmakelaar. Goede communicatie, korte lijnen en goed meegedacht. We zijn deskundig begeleid tijdens het hele aankoopproces en hebben veel gehad aan het advies bij het bepalen van een passend bod. Zeer tevreden en zeker aan te raden.
Via our intermediary Samuel Strobos, Martijn Luring came by for the appraisal of our home. The contact was direct and clear. Everything went smoothly and pleasantly, and it felt great right away. Martijn took all the time and came across as very professional and experienced.

Real estate agency Luring has brilliantly guided us in the purchase of our home on Zuiderveensterweg. What struck me most was the combination of a very personal approach and an extremely professional working method. Even before the official handover, I was allowed to collect the keys multiple times to show contractors around. Even when I asked if this could already be done at 07:45 in the morning, that was no problem at all. That kind of flexibility and consideration gives enormous confidence in the entire process. The communication was clear, fast and always friendly. You can tell from everything that they understand their trade and that they are genuinely involved with their customers. In short: a real estate agent who goes beyond what you expect. Absolutely recommended.
