As first-time buyers on the housing market, we had our valuation done by Martijn Luring from Luring Makelaardij. Makelaardij Luring heeft ons fantastisch begeleid bij de aankoop van onze woning aan de Zuiderveensterweg. Wat voor mij vooral opviel, was de combinatie van een zeer persoonlijke benadering en een uitermate professionele werkwijze. Nog vóór de officiële overdracht mocht ik meerdere keren de sleutel ophalen om aannemers rond te leiden. Zelfs wanneer ik vroeg of dit al om 07:45 uur ’s morgens kon, was dat geen enkel probleem. Dat soort flexibiliteit en meedenken geeft enorm veel vertrouwen in het hele proces. De communicatie was helder, snel en altijd vriendelijk. Je merkt aan alles dat ze hun vak verstaan én dat ze oprecht betrokken zijn bij hun klanten. Kortom: een makelaar die verder gaat dan je verwacht. Absoluut een aanrader.

Martijn is een makelaar die er voor jou is. Vriendelijk, goed bereikbaar, betrouwbaar en zakelijk. Hij zorgt er voor dat alles goed geregeld wordt, van foto’s tot bezichtigingen en hulp als je het even nodig hebt.
