I had a really nice experience with Woonstee Makelaars, and in particular with Brandon. Where two previous assessors were unable to value our home – which is in the middle of a renovation – and the report was rejected by the NWWI, it has fortunately been possible with Woonstee. They are real top professionals who understand their trade.

I received a great support. Woonstee is well accessible they react quickly to the different situations and issues I had. All with a recommender!

Various experiences including a low valuation (when selling a house), where as a reaction it was stated that this was in line with the market (at a second valuation we came out significantly higher). The final sale was still considerably higher. When purchasing a commercial property, after complaining about the seller, no clear position was taken on the point of contention.

The building report we received made an exceptionally positive impression. It was delivered according to a high professional standard: each section was carefully written and the information was clearly, logically and detailed presented. Recently we viewed a house that this real estate agent had for sale in Winschoten. In the photos it could be seen that there had been leakage from the upper floor. However, nothing was mentioned about this in the text except that the bathroom needed renovation or a different use. Upon viewing, it turned out that the bathroom had leakage and could no longer be used. We were greeted by a friendly young man who showed us around. However, for almost every question we asked, such as; why do these people want to move? We got the answer: I don't know. And that answer was given for almost every question. You couldn't get any information. During our viewing, Mr Hittjo was sitting at the dining table on a chair on his mobile phone. He barely looked up from it. He did not introduce himself or anything and continued with his mobile phone. Outside, it was noticed that the exterior stones of the bay windows were different and it looked as if the bay windows had been added later. So we asked the young man that question and got the answer: I don't know. We then asked Mr Hittjo the same question, but he answered: they found it beautiful for sure. And Mr Hittjo shrugged his shoulders. We could live with that answer. Also, considering the poor condition of the house, we found the asking price really too high. All in all, a pity.

Na een eerste kennismaking met makelaar Matthijs van Nieboer wisten we direct: deze man moet ons huis verkopen. Een nuchtere Groninger met veel verstand van de huizenmarkt die met een realistische blik naar onze woning keek. Voor de verkoop ontvingen wij nog wat tips die we konden doorvoeren om ons huis nog beter in de markt te zetten. Matthijs regelde alles; van de foto’s en de advertenties op Funda tot en met de bezichtigingen. Alles ging zo veel mogelijk online en via WhatsApp, dus snel en praktisch.
