Wat een slechte communicatie. Wij hebben meerdere keren contact opgenomen via mail, maar zijn gewoon structureel genegeerd. Op belangrijke vragen kwam geen enkele reactie. Dit is echt onacceptabel, zeker als je serieus geïnteresseerd bent in een woning. Daarnaast werd er totaal niet geluisterd naar onze wensen en duidelijk aangegeven termijnen. Alles leek langs hen heen te gaan. Je krijgt hier het gevoel dat je als koper totaal niet serieus wordt genomen. Bij zo’n belangrijke beslissing verwacht je professionaliteit, bereikbaarheid en respect. Helaas ontbreekt dat hier volledig. Ons advies: bespaar jezelf frustratie en kies een andere makelaar.
