An honest review apparently cannot be written about this broker, see the other reviews. Draw your own conclusion. I would never do business with this man again.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, you do not indicate why you only rate our service with 1 star. We have also never had a customer with the name Jeffrey Mourik, so we certainly don't understand on what the review is based. If there is criticism, we would like to hear it, because then we can improve our services. Simply giving one star is not very useful.

Over a year ago, we bought a house that was for sale through this real estate agent. We were able to make contact very quickly and view the property almost immediately. The handling afterwards was also fast!

Terrible realtor, not proactive. The realtor who subsequently took the house for sale sold it within 3 days for €25,000 more...

It's a shame you are not satisfied, Roeland, while we rented your property very successfully for you for quite some time. The fact that we couldn’t sell it, as you know, was due to an excessively high asking price that we had to adhere to on your behalf. It is regrettable that you didn’t mention this when you took the trouble to blacken our name.

Not proactive. At a certain point, we wanted to be rid of this broker and then we received a very thick bill with vague costs. The small print was deliberately kept vague but is only aimed at making money from the customer, when selling a house but also when not selling a house.

Initially did business with this realtor. Seemed good at first, but quickly I found it getting worse. Difficult to reach during his/her vacation(s), even completely unavailable by phone while something crucial was happening. I found this realtor far from proactive. Afterwards, I still received a hefty bill, including the printing for brochures. I never received these and when I inquired about them, I heard a vague story. Even the “For Sale” sign had to be returned by myself. Then went into business with Makelaarsland, which has been extremely positive: very good formula and professional!
