On December 4, 2023, a call regarding Japanese Knotweed from a property they had for sale. To the question of whether the realtor had informed the new residents, a resounding 'yes' was given with enthusiasm. It turns out that this was not the case afterwards. Conclusion: knowingly and unlawfully selling a house with hidden defects which proved to contain even more defects. Never buy anything through them. Money is more important than the person who is now saddled with the misery.
We viewed a house which was sold through Suurland. We found the reception and openness about disadvantages and limitations of the property very sincere and pleasant. This led us to the decision not to make an offer on the property. I greatly appreciate that authenticity and honesty so as not to be faced with surprises later.
