De makelaar die wij hadden gekozen, dhr. Smit, bleek een overvolle agenda te hebben. De bezichtiging en afhandeling kon hij niet zelf doen, maar moest door zijn collega worden overgenomen. Heel spijtig. Wij misten het persoonlijke contact en we moesten zelf overal achteraan. Gezien het hoge tarief dat hij vroeg waren we nogal teleurgesteld in de begeleiding. We hadden een proactieve klantgerichte houding verwacht en in de praktijk pakte dat anders uit. Heel jammer. …

During the first meeting, they immediately took a good look at our house and measured it directly so Joan could determine a good price based on comparable properties. When it came to properties for purchase, thorough research was done and comparable properties and their bidding behavior were analyzed. We also experienced both processes as very positive.
