I really need to get this off my chest. My neighbors were here to sell their house. Mr. Bennink thought you could get between €170,000 and €175,000. Asking price €175,000. We actually thought that was enough but still went to realtor Peter. He thought €200,000. Fine we thought. Then it goes to auction and is sold within a few days for €200,000. That's strange though. To avoid this. Don’t let your house be offered too cheaply by this realtor. Your house might be worth more at this time.
