Integer, involved and reliable, those are the first words that come to mind when we think of André. We have gone through a long and sometimes quite complicated process to sell our house in Groningen. The sale took place remotely, there were all sorts of issues with permits and rental agreements, and the house was already empty when it could finally be sold. André really went 'above and beyond' to figure everything out for us and arrange things, from negotiating with the tenants to dealing with the Municipality, he arranged a construction company and a stylist to beautifully decorate the house for the viewings... Nothing was too much for him. In addition, he also had an eye and space for the 'human' aspects that came with the sale, just a chat and a phone call to ask how things were going. Ultimately, it sold incredibly well (even above expectations in a crazy market) and we are convinced that this is thanks to André’s extra attention and work. Thanks again, André!
