If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. I have lived in a shared apartment for more than 4 years and managed my Klamer. I stayed there because it was good enough for the Groningen situation. However, Klamer entered our house without notice (illegally), even went so far as to simply open the door and walk into our rooms, but denied that, even though other roommates saw him do it. Repairs took forever and only came to a satisfactory conclusion after much insistence on our part, and were usually 'half-baked' (not properly executed). One and a half years after I moved out, I still haven’t received my full deposit back, without any reason. Don't be fooled: he responds quickly, is friendly and attentive at first, gets you to sign, and takes your money (you don't have to let him withdraw the money from your account, you can simply transfer it yourself, although he will tell you otherwise, check the law), but once he has your money, he would rather ignore you than care about his tenants. The positive thing is that I generally enjoyed it very much, but that was mainly due to my roommates and our sense of humor.

Andere huursites zijn meestal enkel bedoeld om de zoeker meer van hetzelfde aan te bieden en dus geld uit de zak te kloppen. 2. Kijk elke dag of er een passend aanbod is. Als er passend aanbod is reageer dan direct. 3. Wees in je reactie duidelijk, laat je reactie geen vragen oproepen. Wees netjes en beleefd 4 Schrijf je gratis in als zoeker bij ons kantoor. Je krijgt dan elke dag het nieuwste aanbod van ons en veel collega’s!
