Friendly, accessible and helpful employees. Until the owner (also a realtor) feels she needs to interfere with agreements made between employees and customer. Then the employees are not held accountable for the appointments they made with the customer (appointments that, according to her, should never have been made), but the customer is. And this happens verbally very aggressively and disparagingly, laughing at you, she won't let you finish a sentence, bulldozes through your explanation. Does not respect boundaries and is tone-deaf. Great contrast with the friendly ladies who work for her. The employees deserve 5 stars, the owner zero.

It's been a little while since then, but we weren't super positive... Our house was deliberately 'low' priced on the market so that there would be lots of interest. As a result, there were many appointments and we had planned a day to let interested parties come every 10 minutes like an open house. Then they asked people to submit bids by email supposedly to give everyone a fair chance. For us, it felt like bidding against each other. Yes, our house sold quickly, that's true, but I didn't find this an honest and pleasant way... But maybe this is more common with multiple real estate agents, of course, I don’t have much experience. I just found it very impersonal and commercial! I wouldn't choose Slim real estate again!
