Mijn ervaring met Anderz makelaardij is niet zo fantastisch als andere reviews doen lijken. Vorig jaar huis gekocht met Anderz makelaardij als makelaar en toen gemakshalve ook als makelaar voor verkoop eigen woning aangehouden. Het gevoel van ontzorgd worden was echter ver te zoeken. De oplevering van de nieuwe woning verliep niet zoals beloofd. Het huis werd zeven uren later pas opgeleverd, maar de makelaar zelf was alweer gevlogen. Ook was de woning verkeerd opgemeten en klopte het aantal m2 dus niet. Bij verkoop oude woning was er onnodig veel ruis op de lijn, acteerde de makelaar niet daadkrachtig en moest ik zelf de aankopende makelaar (van de kopers) helderheid verschaffen over de status van de VvE. Kortom, terugkijkend op het hele proces had is zeker anders gedaan en niet via Anderz.

All this happens with the greatest dedication to the principles of the profession. After trying several real estate agents in Groningen, I have no doubt that Martin is the person to go to if you want to be sure that you get the maximum out of your purchase or sale.
