They were very accessible (e.g., via Whatsapp), approachable, friendly and really thought with us about what was feasible and suitable for us. One of the two always went along to a viewing, inspecting the house with a personal and critical eye. After that, one of the two also looked at the VVE documents together with us. Super educational, because we really didn't know what to look for in that area. They let an appraiser come along to see the appraisal value, which enabled us to make targeted offers. A nice real estate agent in terms of interaction and communication. In the end I had to adjust my wishes a bit but they were transparent about it. The only thing I found difficult and annoying is that I sometimes felt a bit pressured to negotiate and make choices quickly, but that's just how this world is regarding the heated housing market.

My experience with Anderz Real Estate is not as fantastic as other reviews suggest. Last year I bought a house with Anderz Real Estate as the agent, and then for convenience also kept them as agent for selling my own home. However, the feeling of being taken care of was far from there. The handover of the new home did not go as promised. The house was only handed over seven hours later, but the agent himself had already flown away. Also, the home was measured incorrectly and therefore the number of m2 did not match. When selling the old house, there was unnecessary noise on the line, the agent did not act decisively and I had to myself provide clarity to the purchasing agent (of the buyers) about the status of the VvE. In short, looking back on the entire process, I would definitely have done things differently and not through Anderz.
