Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. Bad experience. Had an appraisal report made. Not customer friendly, and commenting on your house. You say what you are going to renovate and change in the house is not included in the report. And using references from over 4 years ago. And paying heavily for it. Definitely not recommended...

Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.
