If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Is your dream house for sale with this real estate agent? Don't even bother looking, he will only play with you to get a higher bid. During the viewing, the man said 'we don't do games, if we receive a bid and it is accepted, we won't play people out with overbids to prevent the frustration of people'. Sounds very honest and great! Friday morning at 9 am our offer was accepted, we would receive the agreement on the same day or max. by Monday, we heard on Monday evening that someone had made a higher bid. He had had 2 full days to email the agreement (of course I don't count the weekend), but the intention was only to take some time to get other bids in with the certainty that if this didn't happen, the house would anyway be sold. Coincidentally, it is also not listed on Funda that the house has been under offer for almost a week. Very businesslike but 'honesty' they don't know what it is.

Most unprofessional company there is. The person who shows you around doesn't even know where to go. If you find a place and make an offer, you hear nothing back after half a dozen times. And if you then want to rent, they consciously don't respond until they have more viewings and then start a bidding war. Money-sucking cockroaches. But that is normal for all Dutch housing developers. Corrupt, money-loving creeps.
