Very friendly and professional people. Martin was our buyer's agent and during house viewings, he could tell a lot more about the property than the agent who sold it, just by viewing the home. You might be tempted to think you can do that yourself, but even if you do, the viewing time is very limited, so another pair of experienced eyes is more than useful.
