Wij zijn erg tevreden over de begeleiding die we van jullie hebben gekregen bij zowel de aankoop, verkoop als het financieel advies. Alles verliep altijd snel, duidelijk en vooral super vriendelijk. Precies dezelfde ervaring als in de review van Gehannes. Nieuwbouwhuis staat maanden later met een halve ton meer te koop op de makelaarssite. Terwijl er een reservelijst was die niet wordt geraadpleegd of niet op orde was. Althans er is niet over gecommuniceerd met mij.

Beste mevrouw Kamp, Dank voor uw bericht. Wij vinden het vervelend dat u dit zo heeft ervaren. Voor zover wij kunnen nagaan doelt u op de woning aan de Buitenkluiver 174. Deze woning heeft regulier en openbaar te koop gestaan via Funda. Naar aanleiding van de aanmeldingen zijn gesprekken gevoerd en is uiteindelijk overeenstemming bereikt met een serieuze koper. Tijdens het afronden van de contractstukken heeft de administratieve verwerking langer geduurd dan gebruikelijk. Daardoor heeft de woning enige tijd nog als “beschikbaar” op Funda gestaan. Dit is inmiddels aangepast. Kandidaten die zich ná het bereiken van overeenstemming hebben gemeld, zijn op een reservelijst geplaatst. Aangezien de woning gedurende die periode reeds verkocht was, zijn deze kandidaten niet alsnog benaderd. Wij herkennen ons niet in de stelling dat de woning met een hogere vraagprijs opnieuw te koop heeft gestaan. De vraagprijs is gedurende het traject ongewijzigd gebleven. Mocht u dit anders hebben waargenomen, dan vernemen wij graag via welke website u dit heeft gezien zodat wij dit kunnen controleren. The fact that they didn’t do this could be due to incompetence or a preconceived plan. Boekholt had in the meantime removed the property and associated parcels from Funda. We followed the advice of the municipality and had an extensive soil investigation carried out to arrive at an adequate valuation and to inform interested buyers as completely as possible. When that was completed, and the whole thing still wasn’t on Funda, we suddenly received a slightly higher offer via Boekholt, around 34% below the original asking price, with 2 A4 sheets of scaremongering from the bidder with all the risks involved. The family wanted the whole thing to be offered again on Funda for more than 22% below the asking price. Niels stated by phone that this would mean a lot of extra work for them because the number of interested parties would be enormous. Boekholt therefore never advised the executor to put the whole thing back on the market. Again unclear whether this was because Niels and his colleagues at Boekholt and partners had little desire for extra work for slightly more commission and/or, as mentioned earlier, that it was a preconceived plan. We then decided to hire a new real estate agent who sold everything within 3 weeks for 19% below the original asking price, over 21% higher than the offer via Boekholt. As a family, we were lucky that we weren't in a hurry otherwise it seems as if Boekholt and partners would have eagerly taken advantage of that. If you are looking for a real estate agent who also has an eye for your interests, I would look further.
