It's a worthless realtor. We had an appointment scheduled for today, Wednesday, July 31 at 4:30 PM. Then, a few days before the viewing, I received a call from Stuursma asking if we could come earlier, but then at 1:45 PM. But I had to be at the vet's office at 2:45 PM that day, which I called to reschedule for later in the afternoon. And then we got another call from the realtor on Monday afternoon saying there had been a system malfunction and double appointments were made (is this true? We hear otherwise). 1:45 PM suddenly wasn't possible anymore, back to 4:30 PM, but that didn't work anymore because of the vet appointment. We also couldn't make it at another time. And initially it was perfect. We would have liked to view the property.

Viewed a property through this broker. We expressed interest and asked how we should view the price in these times and whether negotiation was possible. The property had been for sale for a while. We would have to significantly overbid otherwise our offer wouldn't be taken seriously, according to the broker. We dropped out because we didn’t think the property was worth it. The property was eventually sold a quarter below the asking price after one and a half years. Missed opportunity.
