I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Muller as the sales broker for the counterparty during a purchase of a property. Initially, Mr. Muller was friendly and sociable, but after the signature was placed, in my opinion, Mr. Muller changed into a person with an arrogant attitude. The professionalism is then very lacking and you no longer get contact to discuss things after the purchase of the property. Should I have to make use of a broker in the future, I personally would not go for this broker. Everyone's own opinion of course.

Only after a week following the request for a viewing did I receive an invitation to an open house. To then take time off, drive a distance, and arrive at the location where there was no longer an open house because the house had been sold. A phone call or an email would have been appropriate!
