Henk gives lots of tips and is actively present when viewing a property. If you call and he's not available, he'll definitely call you back the same day. Very clear explanations if you don't know or understand something. They're really happy to have a real estate agent like him!!
Henk Schiphuis real estate is very knowledgeable and friendly. The communication also went perfectly and there was a very quick response to the questions. We have rarely come across a real estate agent of this caliber.

The sale of our house went very smoothly. Real estate agent Schiphuis gave advice and handled things very professionally. Professional, friendly but decisive. We are very satisfied.
Unreliable Real Estate Agent. Told beautiful stories during the viewing. When you ask for more information a few days later, a very essential structural aspect turns out to be absolutely incorrect. When asked if he can provide any justification for this point, he replies that he will request it from the seller. The purchase price and conditions were discussed with the Real Estate Agent. He says he will pass this on to the selling party. Subsequently, the next morning, the property is listed as 'Under offer' on Funda. So we think this is our bid and wait for clarification from the Real Estate Agent regarding the structural aspect. There is complete radio silence and we hear nothing from the Real Estate Agent. After 2 weeks, we eventually call the Real Estate Agent. To our great surprise, the property has been sold. Not to us, however. Apparently, this Real Estate Agent plays potential buyers against each other during his evening phone calls. He blames the selling party because they cannot provide proof. However, the real estate agent invented a story himself. During the clarifying conversation, the Real Estate Agent comes up with another 'special story' and then blames the selling party. Now he is coming up with excuses afterwards for failing to call us. However, he does not apologize for his machinations and untruths.
If you want to buy Zuiderdiep 59 in 2e Exloërmond, you could quite possibly run a significant asbestos risk. And this broker doesn't help you as a buyer to get that risk clear. On the contrary!

A recommendation! Real estate agent Schiphuis is skilled, friendly, patient and thinks along with you. The employees in the office have expertise, look at what best suits you and act quickly. Appointments are kept. Always a quick response and interaction. If there is an unforeseen circumstance, they are quick to help and quickly adjust the plans. Everything to help you is done, nothing is too much. We were given a very familiar feeling in an area that was unknown to us.

Unfortunately, this realtor is not helpful in any way. - does not respond to messages - is very unprofessional - contracts are very sloppy and do not contain all the necessary information - does not return the deposit - if something is broken or needs to be repaired in the rental apartment, it takes weeks for him to resolve the problem. All in all, not recommended!
