You make an appointment for an appraisal, and the gentleman casually cancels a few hours beforehand. Reason: they already have plenty of work. We are also busy. We are always helped correctly and expertly with attention to our specific situation where I am not an easy customer and have always done my homework. Questions are answered quickly and adjustments are processed well. With the second mortgage, all loan components and various options were discussed with corresponding risk profiles. Also the increase (unfortunately necessary due to rising costs for new construction) without problems and notary because the advice was good initially, therefore saving notary fees. We will definitely arrange our next mortgage through Boekelo (Menno) again.

Unfortunately, little came of all the predictions and “with certainty above the asking price”. It started with many viewers on funda and also reasonable attendance of viewers who wanted to see the house. The eventual buyers did want it, but hadn't yet put their own house up for sale and therefore wanted a suspensive condition that they would receive...

The conversations were always pleasant, quite informal, and everything was clearly explained. The purchasing guidance went great; the experience and know-how are incredibly useful, allowing you as a buyer to confidently submit an offer. Ultimately, the mortgage brokerage also went very well; due to the clear explanation and adequate action, we were able to get the perfect mortgage with a favorable interest rate. All in all, we have much to thank Sisters for and experienced buying a house in the current shortage as very pleasant, partly thanks to the informal but still very professional contact we had. Furthermore good knowledge of the subject matter and friendly approach. Appraisal had already been passed on to the client a number of hours after recording. Very pleased with the entire process.

Ultimately, we received exactly what we had expected. The process proceeded smoothly, and we were excellently kept informed of every development. At that moment, the appraiser wanted to view the house without us knowing. They had received the key from the selling realtor (Kral-Westen). This was not communicated to us. Very sloppy.
