Be careful, I have had a lot of problems with this company. We filed an official complaint with the nvm. Incorrect names in the report, which we had to wait almost 4 weeks for, sloppy work and very low valuation amounts. We lost a lot of money and due to their actions our purchase did not go through. I also relied on the reviews, but I wonder if they are even legitimate.

During the process we found discrepancies with the original information shared at the viewing. We still decided to go ahead and buy, even though we had to cover additional expenses due to these discrepancies missed by the agent. On the other side I'm glad I followed her advice and move the search to a different area of the city that would fit better my family needs, and indeed we're very happy with our new neighborhood.

I have rented out properties through Steenhuis Vastgoedmanagement several times, and each time it has resulted in a quick rental with a reliable tenant. Steenhuis was responsible for taking photos, determining the rent price, listing on Funda, screening tenants, drafting the lease agreement, and conducting the initial inspection. In other words, completely taken care of from beginning to end. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend this company!

We absolutely do not feel taken seriously. They don't keep appointments. Very unprofessional. You make an appointment for an appraisal, and the gentleman casually cancels a few hours beforehand. Reason: they already have plenty of work. We are also busy. But we still make time in our agenda for this appointment. Which now will not take place. Wasted effort and a waste of our time.

Meanwhile, the second mortgage through Boekelo, for the second new-build home. We are always helped correctly and expertly with attention to our specific situation where I am not an easy customer and have always done my homework. Questions are answered quickly and adjustments are processed well. With the second mortgage, all loan components and various options were discussed with corresponding risk profiles. Also the increase (unfortunately necessary due to rising costs for new construction) without problems and notary because the advice was good initially, therefore saving notary fees. We will definitely arrange our next mortgage through Boekelo (Menno) again.

The contact was good though. The expectations were high and full of confidence regarding a quick sale and a beautiful selling price due to the introductory meeting. Unfortunately, little came of all the predictions and “with certainty above the asking price”. It started with many viewers on funda and also reasonable attendance of viewers who wanted to see the house. The house needed to be completely modernized internally and externally, and that was also the reason for many viewers not to make an offer. However, the house did sell within 2 months (subject to conditions) above the asking price!
